A physics experiment about 'light.'
The designer, in the darkroom of her studio, tried to capture a specific visual illusion: when two beams of different color temperatures intersect in the dark, would a third color be created? She prepared deep blue cobalt glass and light blue crystal prisms, fixing them on a stand at alternating angles. When the flashlight beam passed through the prisms, the deep blue and light blue light spots overlapped on the wall, and the edges unexpectedly shimmered with a silver glow.
